Ashulia workers homes - Masum, half-orphan of a Tazreen worker - and Sabuj Shahidul Islam from gwuf Ashulia, one of the centres of Garment manufacturing. neighborhood of Tazreen factory, which burned down 2012. at least 117 dead and more than 200 injured. former Tazreen factory workers home. 1 room of 7sqm home for 2-3 people with shared facilities costs about 20 €, 1/3 of the income in a sewing factory. most of the injured jumped out of the ventilation system due to blocked emergency exits and window with bars. many of them still need medical care and/or can not work. Years later some compensation had been payed. But many had problems to proof they were really working that day. Tazreen and Rana Plaza started some changes in the security situation for the workers and in consciousness of foreign customers. Things move slowly.

around 18 boys from the street live on ferme24. they learn gardening and pisciculture, learn to go to school again and live a regular life under roof and care. but the water bassin in the small river is for no use. it is for fun. ferme 24 is run by cfsn
